Orders
1. Cash term only. First come first serve method. Limited size, color and design.
2. Cancellation of orders made or changing of item code is strictly prohibited, except if there is finish of stock or other problems that may occur depending on situation.
3. Make sure the item code and size ordered are correct. Any request of changes caused by wrong item code or size will not be entertained.
4. There is a deadline in each month for the customer to make the order. We provide 2 deadlines which is on the 14th and the 28th of each month. 5.
5. Customers have to make their order before this dates.
Delivery
1. All delivery services are through post or Cash on Delivery ( around Bukit Beruang Only)
2. Customers around Bukit Beruang, MMU students and UTEM students will not be charged for delivery services but will be delivered on hand.
3. Delivery will be made on the next working day after the payment has been received. Postage cost will be informed later on according to the arte stated in the web, www.pos.com.my
4. Orders would be made to the suppliers after each of the deadline date mentioned. Customers will receive the products 2 weeks from the deadlines.

Payment.
1. Time given to settle the payment is only 2 days. If payment has not been received by 2 days from the confirmed order day, it will remain as our rights to sell the item to who may be interested.
2. Payment is only made through CIMB Bank. Do inform us immediately after the payment has been made.
3. It is compulsory to provide us the proof of payment either via e-mail, screenshot payment or SMS immediately after the payment has been made.
